Problem Description: I am running a Valheim server. During the last update cycle the server failed to update and subsequently started failing to come up after stopping the instance. I tried creating brand new instances in which I get to the point of hitting update which should download Valheim and it never downloads. I attempted to remove and reinstall AMP and start clean and the issue persists.

Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 I tried updating the server itself but it wouldn’t download and subsequently stopped starting up at all
- Step 2 I tried a new instance. When I get to the point of hitting update to install the Valheim server it doesn’t download anything. The instance runs but doesn’t start the server as the software doesn’t install
- Step 3 I removed AMP completely from my server and installed a new clean copy and repeated trying to create a new instance and it still does not allow me to download the software.
