Using wrong License. code 32 (NO_LICENCE)

Problem Description:

I have a professional license and have already activated the license both through the interface and directly via command. However, I keep getting the error message: exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE).

I own both a standard license and a professional license. I have activated the professional license repeatedly. However, the standard license shows that it is registered to the current IP address. The error message, however, says NO_LICENCE.

I have also re-requested the license, but the same error occurs.

What could be the cause of this?

Are your instances and ampinstmgr package up to date?

everything should be up2date, fresh installation+updates

Right click the effected instance and hit View Logs to see if there’s any additional info there
