Terms and Policies Change Notice
This is a change disclosure for everyone regarding the Terms of Sale and Privacy Policies for AMP. We’ve tried to go above and beyond with transparency. We’ve expanded the terms of sale document in a couple of ways to make things clearer and fairer for all of you. The main changes include:
- Explicitly acknowledging and permitting monetisation of your servers.
- Fairer terms for how refunds and disputes are handled.
- Better information about the legal basis for data collection.
We’ve also published a Legitimate Interests Assessment which examines how your rights and privacy are affected and protected by our use of analytics, and a Content Safety Policy that addresses how we keep our users safe when using our support board.
