Update Failure with Satisfactory - Satisfactory does not update

Problem Description

Issue

sadly, I’m unable to locate the issue since I can’t find the logs. From my POV the server tries to reach steam CMD and then suddenly fails or so. Maybe this is since satisfactory got an update recently

Edit: basically, the update stops suddenly at step 1 or 2. The update button does always retry the same procedure and does not say, that the update is finished successfully.

This is also noticeable since the server is bugged with the newest version, which is common because then update is missing

Reproduction Steps

  • create instance completely new (for the second time already)
  • run the instance with start and update always (update failed)
  • stopped the instance and retried update w/o any luck

Click on “return to instances”, click the folder icon on your satisfactory instance, go to AMP_Logs, get the log file from when you tried to update. Post it here
