Problem Description
Issue
It wont allow me to update the UMOD. As soon as it is enabled it fails to update.
Unsure why but will be grateful of some feedback.

Reproduction Steps
- Enable UMOD - Start Server and wont fulfil the update.
- Then go to update
- WebClient does not support concurrent I/O operations.
