Update Failure with Minecraft - Update ignores requested version

Problem Description

Issue

Many of the plugins I am currently running can’t support 1.21.6 just yet. I set the version to only grab 1.21.5 purpur stable, but upon server restart AMP grabbed 1.21.6 dev and attempted to start. A revert ensured there was no damage, but there seems to be an issue with targeting updates.

Reproduction Steps

• Set server to update/start
• set version to 1.21.5
• Start server
• 1.21.6 is downloaded and started

Select “specific version” as release stream or whatever it is called

Apologies, I missed adding this to my replication steps, this is how it was set when the error was encountered.

I have set it to specific version now, however that still leaves the issue of going from stable to dev, when stable was specifically selected.
