Problem Description

Issue

We have started the server and it does not start, it has been more than an hour and it continues like this, we have tried stopping it and starting it again

Reproduction Steps

  • Start the server
  • Wait 15 minutes
  • Turn off and on the server

You’ll need to read the log to see why that could be.
One possibility is that you have startup mode set to Update and Start, which in that case, change it to Do nothing or just start
(you can search for the setting in the upper right of the instance)
Then once that’s set, stop/start the instance from the main panel.
