Problem Description

Issue

update or scan for java is not finding any java installs on the computer

Reproduction Steps

  • update and click scan for java
  • reinstall AMP
  • i cant create ticket so i assume i need more steps

Make sure you’re adding the installed Java runtime to the Windows PATH, and you may need to reboot after installing Java.
