Problem Description
Issue
I’ve been slowly moving all the game servers I can run over to my server running an instance of AMP. However, I need some help with the Minecraft Bedrock edition. When I set up a bedrock instance, it seems to download an old version of Bedrock. I downloaded the latest version of the server from:
https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock
I replaced the file and was able to connect to the bedrock server. I have checked through the settings, and changing stable/beta/dev versions doesn’t correct this issue.
Reproduction Steps
- Setup instance with Bedrock option
- Update and start instance … Unable to connect server
- Used WinSCP to upload the latest version of Bedrock (1.20.51.01) and overwrite the version instance.
- Started Minecraft Instance … Connected to server without error
