Problem Description

Issue

Download / Update failed : Couldn’t determine the URL to fetch an update from. You may need to install this server type manually.

I have already downloaded the Tekkit_server file from there server and all. I’m running a separate ubuntu server

Reproduction Steps

  • Started a new instance
  • selected tekkit from the mc type
  • it fails saying it couldnt determant URL

Run the Tekkit installer on your computer, then upload those files to AMP.
From there, select the modloader (Server Type) and version that the modpack uses, and you should be good to go.

how do i upload the files to AMP?

Either using the web file manager, or AMP’s built in SFTP with a SFTP client like WinSCP or FileZilla
