is stopping at the: Running Update Tasks
update step 3/9 - Server Download

Reproduction Steps

  • I just started the instance
  • I waited for 2 hours
  • I clicked on Manger Instance
  • and was still in step 3/9

Return to the main instances screen. Update your instance from there. Check the deployment log for any errors. If OK manage the instance and try updating the server again
