Problem Description
Issue
Receiving error: “Failed to request app info update, not online or not logged in to Steam.” I am having issues with all of my instances updating from SteamCMD with the above error. I have tried multiple steps to resolve this as indicated above. I am not able to start any of my instances due to this error. This started after I updated to the most recent version of amp.
Reproduction Steps
- Restarted amp server. Restarted modem and router.
- Tried restoring server from backup
- Deleted the temp folder, cache folder and steamapps folder
