Problem Description
Issue
Trying to update for workshop additions results in SteamCMD hanging on update step 1/13. Any further attempt to update results in a failure to find “workshop/content/107410”.
Log files show an attempt to download the workshop addon, but console only shows “quit” and nothing further. In this instance, we are simply trying to ensure something downloads, which nothing does, using CBA_A3: item ID 450814997
Reproduction Steps

- Click update button
