Update Failure with Arma 3 - arma 3 doesnt update/download mods and requires update multiple times

Downloading item 1673456286 …ERROR! Timeout downloading item 1673456286workshop_download_item 107410 943001311 validate
is the error i get everytime i update/download a mod for arma 3, the AMP Guide says add more lines in the steam update/download tab of the same mod, i had over 20 lines and still didnt work. this must be something you can adjust or fix but i dont know what. downloading mods more than 1GB will cause this problem as what people have said. but there must be a change of this you can adjust or anything.

Reproduction Steps

  • added mod in steam updates/downloads
  • pressed update on server multiple times
  • still gives error download

21GB is a pretty big workshop item
