Update Failure with ARK: Survival Ascended - Server version will not update

Problem Description

Issue

I am unable to get my ARK SA servers to update. The servers are stuck on version 71.12 and the most recent server version is 72.3.

Reproduction Steps

  • Attempted to update all instances at once. Failed
  • Attempted to update once instance alone. Failed
  • Changed update check from version ID to timestamp. Failed and reverted to version ID

Manage the instance, stop the server if it is running, click Update on the Status page

That worked! So, its just the update instance and update all buttons on the Instances page that don’t function as expected. Is that something that will be addressed eventually or is that not possible with ARK SA?

They do function as expected. Those buttons are to update AMP (ie the instances), not the applications that those instances manage
