Problem Description
Issue
Having issues with an Instance running Ark: Survival Ascended that will stop at ‘Proton GE Download’ when I try to update it. Instace has been running before, but if I hit “update” it gets this far and stops. I’ve updated all instances and AMP to the latest version and run all updated on the server. Have a Minecraft and ARK: Survival Evolved instance running just fine. But this one gets stuck trying to downlead Proton GE.
Reproduction Steps
- Click the ‘Update’ button for an instance running Ark:SA
- Update runs fine untill step 10 of 11 ‘Proton GE Download’
- Even after rebooting AMP, and the host server all other instance start back up, but this one goes back to updating and hangs at ‘Proton GE Download’
