From your description, it seems like the server fails to start even after an update. Let’s start by checking the application’s logs for any specific error messages that might point us to the cause of the problem.
You can view the logs using the following steps:
- Open the AMP control panel and navigate to the instance you’re having issues with.
- Right-click on the instance’s name at the top level and select “View Logs”.
Alternatively, since AMP’s GUI might not be accessible due to the issue, you can view the most recent logs using the command prompt.
- Open the command prompt.
- Run the command
ampinstmgr lastlog ASA(replacing ASA with the actual name of your ARK instance if it’s different).
