Problem Description

Issue

I tried to update and it fails to update every time, the panel disconnects and stays unavailable. I have to restart the VPS to regain access.

Reproduction Steps

  • Update AMP
  • Wait for update to complete
  • Update doesn’t complete
  • Restart VPS to regain access to AMP

I have a similar issue to this but for linux running on Hyper-V. I got the game server to come back up but it says I can’t manage it.

Log into the vm and try to update the system from the cli

Sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

Then ampinstmgr —upgradeall

Then check if the ads01 is running.

Ampinstmgr -l

If it isn’t running

Ampinstmgr -s ads01
