Problem Description

Issue

Running 2.4.6.10 version on Windows 10 system, I i havn’t been able to upgrade since then. Every update i try to “update now”, fails. I got no error codes to give, It simply disables the AMP service, and does nothing more. Starting AMP service shows old version still.

Reproduction Steps

  • Start server
  • Update server
  • Update fails
  • Start AMP Service
  • AMP Service starts.
  • Still old version 2.4.6.10

you need to go to CubeCoders first and download the new updated .msi file and then run in cmd ampinstmgr upgradeall and that should do it. there has been changes that requrire window’s users to download the installer and update the system tools that way.
