Problem Description

Issue

I clicked the update button and I waited after a while the server amp site couldnt be reached. I even waited for 6 hours but I couldnt reach the browser website. But after I rebooted the server from my server hoosting site it worked but it didn`t update.

Reproduction Steps

  • I clicked the update button and I waited
  • It sait after a while the site couldn`t be reached
  • After I restarted the server through the hossting website it worked but it didnt update.
  • Now I am writing this

Run getamp update as root

Thank you! I have one more question so when the Update doesn’t function in the web Applikation I have to do it manually AS root? I mean its OK to but I didn’t know it.

The update button for the ADS in the web UI is being a tad buggy, so either that command, or ampinstmgr upgrade ADS01 as the amp Linux user
