Problem Description
Issue
We haven’t used this in a little while and are now out of date. We are currently running v2.7.2 and trying to upgrade to 2.8.0.0. When we stop all instances and go to the Support and Updates page to click Upgrade this Instance (as we have done in the past) it stops and reloads quickly without any changes. Can you help?
Reproduction Steps
- Stop all running server instances on AMP
- open Support and Updates page in Menu
- Click upgrade this instance
