Problem Description
Issue
When trying to manage new instances AMP but It says ADS is on 2.7.2. Webserver is saying im on version 2.7.2 However when I ssh into my linux server amp says its on 2.8.0.4. What can I do?
Error msg from all new instances “This instance is running a newer version of AMP than this ADS instance. This instance is version 2.8.0.4 but this ADS instance is version 2.7.2.0. Please update this ADS instance.”
Reproduction Steps
- Installed 5 new instances and all giving the same ADS errors
- Went to “Support and updates” checked and says im on version 2.7.2
- Tried to update but is stuck on 2.7.2
- SSH into linux server and used “ampinstmgr version” output “AMP Instance Manager v2.8.0.4”
- After updating via commands the webserver is still stuck on 2.7.2
