Problem Description

Issue

When I click on “Update” it asks me for the 5 minutes as usual and I say “Update now”. After that, the loading symbol rotates and the page is no longer accessible. Even hours later, nothing has changed in the situation. I stopped all instances manually before the update because I suspected the error there, but this doesn’t change anything. I am trying an update from Ver 2.4.6.10 - 20231206.3 to 2.5.0.6! I am looking forward to a quick feedback with a simple solution, the error is often located in front of the screen :smiley:

Reproduction Steps

  • Start Application
  • Stop all Instances
  • Click “Update Now” in the bottom left corner

You’ll need to download and re-run the installer to update AMP’s command line tools

The solution was to uninstall AMP, delete the AMP folder under C and remove the AMP-ADS01 service via CMD. Then restart the device and start the installer. Then it will be installed cleanly and you can integrate the datastores again.
