Unable to reactivate local instance

I have been trying forever to get 7 Days to Die to Alpha 21
I believe I have figured out how to do so but, now the server wont even install

the error i receive when i try to download tells me to reactivate my key
but when i try to do so i get this error, ive uninstalled and reinstalled like 6 times
nothing has worked so far

Looking into it, looks an obfuscation bug.

do you think this has anything to do with it?
ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple more times to no avail.
