im recently not getting any emails from “noreply@cubecoders.com”, the last time i got an licence email was the 31th march 2023. i’ve tried it multiple times over the last few months but it’s not working for me.
i need to find a solution for the further use of my licence.
funny to say this but i am my own mail provider. i don’t know what happen that you mails wont get through anymore… i should be able to look it up in some tls/dmarc mail reports. it seems like i just need to change my mail to some third party mail provider atm.
do you provide your customers with any tls/dmarc reports? so i could pick it up myself and diagnose the problem. this problem may be outside your support responsibility.
not to be neclected, there could always be some errors at some point, but i doubt it.
Yeah don’t run your own email. It rarely goes well. Even we don’t self host email. I’d recommend just getting an account from a conventional provider or using something like Google Workspace with your own domain.
i need to find some form of authenification to be able to change my mail address. i also did change the ip address of my host due to owning a homeserver now.
