Product Name/Version: AMP Instance Manager v2.6.2.6 built 04/08/2025
Problem Description: After downloading and installing AMP Instance Manager, upon opening and creating a username/password I am presented with this error after a short period.
Steps to reproduce:
- Download latest AMP Instance Manager from CubeCoders
- Run msi and allow it to install successfully
- Launch AMP and create a username/password for the instance
Actions taken to resolve so far:
- Re-downloaded MSI in-case of corruption
- Tried different Windows 10 PC
- Research indicated this might be due to application being unable to reach cdn-downloads.c7rs.com - /AMP/ but that URL is accessible from both PCs.
- Created new Windows user
