I fill out the feilds and it never allows the create teicket button to be an active choice so i am unable to create a ticket
You’ve just created one. Whatever your issue is, you can describe in detail and post it on this forum. The support button in the AMP interface directs posts here.
make sure you fill in the steps you took section. I think you need to supply three.
When you fill out the template, you have to delete some of the info (it verifies you are reading it all), otherwise it won’t post.
