Product Name/Version: AMP Professional I can’t find the version yet (since I can’t access the manager)
Problem Description:
I’ve reached the steps of the AMP install to connect to the IP. Neither IP is working and I’m receiving the timed out error
Actions taken to resolve so far: Since I’m using Oracle Cloud, I followed the Using Amp with Oracle in the Knowledge Base, adding ports both to the iptables and ingress rules in Security List. (Using AMP on Oracle Cloud)
