Unable to Activate Newly Purchased Standard License

Problem Description:

I recently purchased a standard AMP license, but I am unable to activate it. There is no clear error message; it simply does not activate.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Configuration > Deployments > Default > Re-run Setup
  2. Enter the license key
  3. Activation fails

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • Re-run setup multiple times
  • Restarted the machine

Make sure that you’re entering your Professional licence, and not the developer licence by accident
