OS Name/Version: Debian Linux v13 (Kernel: Linux v6.12.73+deb13-amd64)
Product Name/Version: AMP Enterprise Edition v2.6.5.2, built 28/01/2026
Problem Description: Unable to activate Enterprise Features, License Key seen as Invalid on Server
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in as Root in Terminal
- Stopped AMP Processes
- Ran ‘ampinstmgr reactivate ADS01 [License Key]’ in command line
- License Key came back as invalid
Actions taken to resolve so far: So far I have tried rerunning the setup process in the web-based control panel and doing a fresh installation of Debian 13 to see if I made a mistake during the setup process.
Running the setup script I was prompted to put in my URL for the server for a certificate to be generated and it was successful in connecting to my server running AMP to generate the certificate. During the First-Start Wizard I was prompted to put in the license key, and while the wizard took the key, upon launching the control panel I don’t have access to the Templates section for setting up provisioning templates. Also upon trying to connect WHMCS to AMP it returns with a message of how AMP is not set up for Commercial Usage.
