Hi Everyone - there’s going to be a temporary outage of support from November 27th 2024 until November 29th 2024. This includes most billing support including account issues and account recovery. Licence services will all continue to function as normal.
Any statutory rights that are invoked during that time will have their deadlines will be extended by 2 days.
Community support will of course remain available via the support board and Discord, but official support from myself and any billing support will be unavailable during this time.
Thank you all for your patience and we’ll make sure that all queries (including those still pending) are answered promptly after the 29th.
