Problem Description:
tried everything i can think of to get amp to update but it keeps getting stuck
i have tried running “ampinstmgr upgrade ads”
but if i go into the web app it still shows the old version, when i go to factorio it also shows the old version, i have tried upgrading that instance as well.

Steps to reproduce:
right now the only step to reproduce is to try and update the factorio instance to get this error, the ADS instance does not have any obvious logs.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
i tried updating the files permissions as they are set to read only when i check properties in windows.
tried for days to actually update the instances and not got anywhere.
ive tried running “ampinstmgr stopall” which worked, then installed from the msi file to try and get it updated to the latest version, its still stuck though.
