Problem Description
Issue
V Rising instance is stuck on starting. The server is operating and I am able to play on it but amp functionality is limited while server is stuck on starting
Reproduction Steps
- deployed instance
- Set to PVE and then changed config to disable vac
- updated and started instance. it is stuck on starting but the server is online and able to play on it
- removed instance and started with the defaul setup. still stuck on starting
