Problem Description
Issue
AMP server stuck at “application starting” notification on the bottom right stuck on “starting V Rising” doesn’t go away. setup is on Windows Server 2019. V Rising is NOT in a docker instance.
Reproduction Steps
- install server
- did not start server and changed settings
- launched server, i can connect, people can connect
