Startup Issue with V Rising - Server Starts But Doesnt Start

Problem Description

Issue

After starting the instance and running it in a docker. I will update it and then start the server, it will then say it is running but there is no CPU or RAM usage and then when trying to connect to it via steam it fails and say no connection. I am unsure of what I need to change or do at this point.

Reproduction Steps

  • Create Instance
  • Run in Docker
  • Update and Start instance
  • Update and Start Server

Just to make sure that it’s not the firewall preventing anything do you know if your system has a local firewall and how are you hosting this? Is it on a VPS or dedicated server somewhere else or are you running this on a local machine in your network?

I am running it on a local machine. My firewall is inactive.
