Problem Description
Issue
When I executed the command for DirectX / C++, I still could not start the server.
The error message (State 3) kept coming back. I have not found a corresponding solution on the Internet and have also installed DirectX and C++ myself.
Unfortunately, nothing helped.
Reproduction Steps
- The message popped up that I should install DirectX or C++ with a command. I have executed this.
- Direct X and C++ installed by my self
