Startup Issue with Rust Dedicated Server - Rust server instance on Hostinger Game Panel 2 fails to start

Problem Description

Issue

Console shows installation process and startup, with server CPU resources pegged at near 100% during navmesh configuration, following which the finalization of setup and game start appears to happen - but the server instance suddenly stops. Restart puts the server back into the identical startup/loading process and fails/stops again.
