Problem Description
Issue
I just updated the palworld server and now it doesn’t start, I don’t know what to do
Reproduction Steps
- start palworld server
- press the update button
- I tried to start the server again but it didn’t work
Remove the instance from docker. Update the instance (not the server). Put the instance in docker again
thanks for your answer.
Could you explain to me a little better how to do that?
This is the first time I have used this system and I am not familiar with the operation of the system.
From the Main Menu screen (which shows all your instances):
- Right click on the instance, Edit Settings, turn off “Run in Docker Container”. Save changes and wait until finished
- Right click on the instance, Update. Wait until finished
- Right click on the instance, Edit Settings, turn on “Run in Docker Container”. Save changes and wait until finished
- Start the instance if not running, then Manage it
- Find the “Community Server” setting, turn it off and on a couple of times
