Problem Description

Issue

When I go to start my server I get the response of “AMP was unable to start the application. Possible causes may include insufficient permissions to load the executable, or the file not being correctly flagged as being an executable file. Check AMPs logs for more information.” All the ports other than SFTP are red. Curious if the servers are just down, or if I am missing a step. I have followed all of the steps on the youtube video for hostinger, which I noticed the ports on the video were all green with no steps to get them all green, but when I loaded up my instance looked at the status they were all red, even after following all the steps still offline.

Video I followed.

Reproduction Steps

  • Logged in, created an instance, started the server
  • Changed the settings similar to the same ones on the youtube video
  • Went to try to join the server using the ip and port, says failed to connect to server.
  • Went to server status, and noticed that all the ports are offline other than one (SFTP). Tried restarting the servers, and still could not join.
  • Deleted the previous instance, started over watching the video again and still the same result
