Problem Description
Issue
On Jan 21st my wife attempted to login to our PalWorld instance and had an issue. I told her it would probably resolve itself on the next schedule.
On Jan 22nd the server would still not startup so I went to discord to seek assistance ( Discord ) my username: Xul and our Server username: Exelus Server.
I was walked through some helpful advice and followed all of it until discord users determined they thought it was a Pocket Pair dedicated server issue and your staff member Mike told me it would be best to hold off until they figured it out and updated.
It has now been 6 days and I have restarted Amp and the server multiple times, and attempt to update and start the PalWorld instance about 3 times daily. Everytime the update works fine as far as I can tell, the instance starts, then stops, then attempts to start again, and finally ends with “Unable to Run” in a small button at the top right. From what my non-dev eyes can see the the console looks fine with 0 issues.
Reproduction Steps
- Updated and attempted to start the server 3 times daily for 6 days
- Restarted AMP and the server machine multiple times over the last 6 days
- Attempted to seek help on discord (link provided in description)
