Problem Description

Issue

Hello AMP Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Pal World server on AMP. The server, which was previously functioning without issues, is now unable to start. This problem began after the server attempted an automatic update, post which it remained in the “STOP” state and could not be restarted.

To investigate further, I created a new Pal World server using AMP, but it also faced the same issue. Upon starting, the server went through an update process and then stopped, unable to start again. I have recorded the entire process and the issues encountered.

Please find the video of the recorded session here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/KXkWyPxyy1UFgiDTA

Could you please assist in diagnosing and resolving this issue?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Warabin

Reproduction Steps

  • Created a new instance for Palworld (both standard and Palworld [Modded]) through the AMP control panel.
  • Initiated the server instance, which automatically started the update process.
  • After the update, the server remained in the “STOP” state and could not be restarted.
