Startup Issue with Minecraft - when forge is installed the server don't start

Issue

when i download forge version (1.12.2), it don’t start.

Reproduction Steps

• setup forge server
• take forge version 1.12.2
• try start the server

Make sure you’re using Java 8 for Forge 1.12.2
