Problem Description

Issue

Unable to start server.
The Minecraft server stopped within 5 seconds of starting, this is not a fault with AMP - you should check your Minecraft servers log files to find out why it is unable to start.

Reproduction Steps

  • uploaded mods using filezilla
  • stopped the server to restart it w/ mods
  • tried to start server
  • server started to start up, but then crashed after 5 seconds

Use AMP to generate FORGE to test if the server can be started without the mod.
Check whether the JAVA version is correct.
Check if FTP is closed after uploading the mod.
Check if the mod is available on the server. Some mods don’t work on the server.
Delete mod
If it starts normally, it’s a problem with the mod.

The log will always tell you the problem, so reading that is your best bet
