Startup Issue with Minecraft - The Server doesnt start after following the guide

Problem Description

Issue

i wanted to create another instance and keep my first one and let it keep running while another server with other stuff runns at the same time. I followed the support video like it did with the first instance and i runns with no problem at the moment. The second instance stops after 5 sec and tells me that thers no fault from amp. and that is in the console

Reproduction Steps

• created the instance
• stopped server added forge
• added mod folder with mods and wanted to start it
