Problem Description
Downloaded ATM9 mods for the server from here: How to Upload Files to Your Minecraft Server | Hostinger Help Center
Downloaded the corresponding forge version from the panel as well
Ssh’d into the server and downloaded the mods via wget and so on, after I restarted the server it took about 20 minutes and is still going. Could this be because I downloaded the mods to the “mods” folder while the mc server was on? Would re-doing all of these while the mc server is off solve the problem? Thanks in advance for any help

- connect with ssh and wget the mod server package
- restart the server
