Problem Description

Issue

Hi, so we was playing Minecraft with some mods and if someone of us or just being one player on the world its starting to freeze and in the end it crashes. When i was launch server on my PC by LAN, we had less GB of ram, but we don’t had these problems. But now its just crashing and these GB of ram is using very intresting, like when you start a server its always being max 4.3gb of ram, but when player joined no need 4 of us but just one and starting exploring its always going high and being around 6gb-7gb. And if you came back home ,these rams stays at the same usage from 6gb to 7gb and they never go less, then you need to restart the server and then againa there will be around 4.1-4.3 of usage. And sleep mode is not working, after 10 minutes like i made it on settings to turn off and be on sleep mode, its just dont do it, and when i try to press a button Sleep on this game panel its just starting loading but still server works and don’t go to sleep mode.

Reproduction Steps

  • Exploring in the game
  • Press sleep button
  • Random crashes

That’s all really common with modded servers, especially scheduled restarts to clear up memory leaks, random crashes, and sleep mode is not guaranteed to work with modded servers due to a variety of factors.
(you’ll have to read the server logs or the AMP logs to accurately diagnose your issues)

Well everyting what it saying after the crash is ‘‘Can’t keep up with the server 10242ms and 98 tick loss’’

The modpack (mixed with exploring) might be too heavy for whatever hardware you’re using, that’s common with modded setups. (if the TPS is consistently dropping below 19-20, then you’re bound to have issues)

Its ‘‘All the mods 10’’ Modpack, so yeah its heavy, but when i was running server on my own pc with LAN, i was giving only like 6gb of ram and don’t have these problems, but then me with friends just want to play on server whenever we want so we decided to buy a VPS. But now its just sad because of these crashes…

Oh this isn’t Hostinger support, you’ll want to talk to them regarding any hardware issues using their website (not the link in AMP because they don’t set their support URL setting)
