Reproduction Steps

  • create an instance
  • set up server with neofrorge version
  • add mods to a mod file in file manager
  • then try starting the server
  • after not working abort and retry twice more

I have the same problem right now. Tried multiple options but nothing is working.

What is the console output?

these are the last 6 console thingys is thats what u mean?

There should be like a sort of Topic sentence. For example: [17:41:30.160] [main/ERROR] [loading.moddiscovery.ModFile/LOADING]: Access transformer file META-INF/accesstransformer.cfg provided by mod allthewizardgear does not exist! before the at … at … chain starts

It maybe would also be usefull to give the whole console output. Like from the starting till the error or something.

the whole console output isnt fitting, it says its too big
sorry if im slow im really new to this so im trying to find it the best i can

this is the whole most recent one does this bit have what u need?

All good man, everyone starts somewhere and i’m also not that good to be honest

is stating that the two mods Lighty and Chat toggle failed to load. Are those the only two mods you are loading or are there more? Because if there are more the issues is somewhere with those two.

oh okay, its a modpack called craftopia and theres like 400 mods total. do you know how i would go about making them load properly?

is it this modpack? https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/craftopia-realm-of-creation

Maybe you can try to manually delete those two problem mods and try to start the modpack without them. It’s possible though that it can’t load without them. Maybe reinstalling them manually from Lighty - Minecraft Mod and https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chattoggle (if those are the mods, not completely sure tho) and paste them into the modpack. From what i see, the modpack should be able to work without chattoggle for sure, maybe also without lighty

okay thank you so much ill try reinstalling and then removing them if it doesnt work. thank you so much again!!!

Those would be client-only mods that aren’t written properly, and crash the server as a result. You shouldn’t need them on the server, and should be fine to remove them.
