Problem Description
Issue
I have installed the appropriate files, but the Minecraft server will not start. I would clean install if I knew how to. I get kicked back this error message, “Application Error. A fault is preventing the application from starting. Manage the instance to examine the logs.” I do not see any issues in the logs.

Reproduction Steps
- Install Minecraft Java
- Click start
- Error message kicks back that it is unable to run
