Problem Description
Issue
I deleted the old mods to start adding the newer versions, but for some reason, the server gets stuck on CPU loading and does nothing for a very long time, so I am unsure as to why it does not do anything. I remember adding the files while the server was online, I forgot to turn it off, and updating the forge server, but it still freezes on starting

- deleting outdated mods to add the newer versions
- updated forge server, while it was already online
- server does nothing to start
