Problem Description

Issue

I installed mods with forge for minecraft 1.20.1, and the server doesn’t start.
The modpack works with my minecraft, so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work here.
The forge version I installed is the good one, I don’t know where the problem is.

Reproduction Steps

  • install forge
  • install mods by creating a mods folder
  • put 3500 of RAM (I payed for 4G so it seems ok)

Hello, I dragged a “mods” zip file in the file manager.
It downloaded it, then I extracted it.

Try uploading your zip file over SFTP instead of the file manager (especially for larger archives, it’ll go faster this way) and then unpack it.

Also check the structure of the zip file before uploading.
